Grace Bible Church recognizes that your privacy is important. This privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
How We Collect Personal Information
Grace Bible Church collects your personal information only when you knowingly provide it by submitting forms to the church, registering for church activities, or participating in the Online Community. The information we collect may include sensitive information that is relevant to your participation in the church, like health information or information about your beliefs.
How We Use Personal Information
Grace Bible Church uses your personal information for the following purposes:
  • To establish and maintain your involvement with the church.
  • To provide you with general information about the church and its ministries.
  • To provide products or services that you request from the church.
  • To register you for activities in which you choose to participate.
  • To contact you in case of emergency.
Access to Your Information
The following individuals may have access to your personal information:
  • The church Pastors, Elders, and Staff.
  • Leaders of groups in which your family participates, for example, Grace Group, Sunday School, and Youth Group leaders.

A few of our church ministries, like MOPS and Stephen Ministry, involve partnerships with third-party organizations. If you participate in one of these ministries, we may, with your permission, provide your personal information to the third party.

If you choose to be part of our church directory by checking the appropriate box on our Household Information Form, the church will publish your name, address, and home phone number in printed directories, and make the information available to members of the Online Community. Through the Online Community, you can choose to make additional personal information available to other people in the church.

You can view and update your personal information in the church's database through the Online Community or through the church office.

Security
Grace Bible Church takes reasonable steps to keep your personal information accurate and secure. We store most information in the church office and on the Online Community's secure server. Registration cards for specific activities may be held by the leaders of those activities.
